Role Overview:

This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who can manage their own schedule, complete 1–6 stops per day, and handle both service calls and scheduled maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for performing high-quality irrigation repairs and routine maintenance, while keeping your truck stocked and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Perform irrigation service and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including valves, wiring, controllers, pumps, and sprinkler heads.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records on your service truck.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing explanations of work performed.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with office staff to schedule routes efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Some irrigation experience (residential + commercial preferred).
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, valves, pumps, and basic plumbing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Starting at $20-$25 per hour, depending on current experience with regular increases as skills, competence, and performance are proven.
